About Neighborlease

Our mission

Neighborlease exists to help churches and nonprofits fund their mission.

Our platform connects Property Owners (that we call "hosts") with underutilized real estate assets and Renters seeking private access to that space for a wide range of uses — from offices and workshops to parking spots, gyms, and commissary kitchens.

Every property rented through Neighborlease gives back a percentage of the income generated to a verified 501(c)(3) nonprofit selected by the host. And Neighborlease gives discounted transaction rates to confirmed charities and churches that host. So they keep more of the proceeds.

Nonprofits benefit in several ways:

• Renting their extra space to generate revenue directly
• Receiving passive donations from other hosts that choose to support their mission
• Building new relationships with people nearby in their community
